Wheat Foods Council Reports Unprecedented Demand For Flour in Grocery Stores
Tim O'Connor, president of the Wheat Foods Council in Littleton, CO is reporting an "unprecedented" demand for flour in grocery stores as consumers stock up amid COVID-19 preparation buying.
O'Connor also said that the demand is exceeding the volumes seen during the Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons.
