Buhler Launching Arrius, a Fully Integrated Grinding Technology for Milling
Uzwil, SWITZERLAND — Bühler is heralding a new age in milling technology with the launch of Arrius, the first fully integrated grinding technology for milling wheat, drum, rye, barley, corn and spelt.
Arrius follows a radical rethink of the traditional grinding methods that lie at the heart of the milling process.
By redesigning each grinding component Bühler has produced a self-adjusting roller mechanism that is a radical step change in how millers control the quality and consistency of their end product.
