Westfield, IN—Since 1981, Fumigation Service & Supply, Inc. (FSS) has grown to have regional offices in Indianapolis, IN, Chicago, IL, Cincinnati, OH, Bloomington, IL, Nashville, TN, Jonesboro, AR, and Cedar Rapids, IA.

On May 31, the Board of Directors of FSS approved the sale of its southern region.

This spin off will allow Food Protection Services (FPS), to expand its territory to Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas.

John Mueller, formerly of Fumigation Service & Supply, will be a new owner and Ricky Vincent will be a new regional manager for Food Protection Services.

Fumigation Service & Supply’s Owner David Mueller stated: “This is a great opportunity for John and Ricky to grow this new fumigation territory. This was a unique way to sell our southern region while continuing to offer our core fumigation business to our existing customers in the north central region of the United States.”
