IAOM to Hold Eurasia District Conference & Expo in Bucharest, Romania on Oct. 19-21

Leawood, KS—More than 300 grain milling professionals and allied trades representatives from around the world are expected to attend the 3rd Annual International Association of Operative Millers’ (IAOM) Eurasia District Conference & Expo October 19-21, at the Rin Grand Hotel in Bucharest, Romania.

The conference will be followed by the European Regional Flour Fortification Consultation on October 22-23.

The annual event is seen as a premier educational and networking event for grain milling and allied trade professionals.

Included in the tens of educational and technical programs to be presented by industry professionals include wheat tempering, crop monitoring, flour fortification, bucket elevator safety and spark detection, and compact horizontal milling technology.

“We are anticipating a great turnout for the district’s third meeting in Bucharest,” stated IAOM Executive Vice President Melinda Farris.

“I believe interest in IAOM and its programs continues to increase throughout the region as more and more people learn about the benefits of being part of this international network of milling professionals.”

Conference attendees will have the opportunity to conduct face-to-face meetings with leading milling equipment and service suppliers at a two-day expo.
