March 25 - 27 | Embassy Suites by Hilton Kansas City International Airport | Kansas City, MO

Does your facility need a certified Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI)?
The FDA requires food facilities to have a PCQI to ensure safe manufacturing, processing, packing, and storage of food in the U.S.
This course, developed by the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA), is FDA-recognized and provides the training needed to become a certified PCQI.
Dr. Jeff Gwirtz, JAG Services, will be the lead instructor for the course, which offers a focus on food safety programs in a milling environment.
