The International Milling Education Foundation (IMEF) edged closer to its goal of $3 million during the International Association of Operative Millers’ (IAOM) 129th Annual Conference & Expo, April 29-May 2 in Oklahoma City, OK.
According to IAOM CEO Melinda Farris, annual auction activities and additional pledges combined to raise nearly $85,000, which moves the total funds even closer to the association’s $3 million goal. The joint live and silent auction held during the annual IAOM Conference & Expo is the largest fundraising event of the year for the Foundation. The total includes winning bids and pledged donations.
