AT Ferrell, Inc., manufacturer of Ferrell Ross oil seed flaking, cereal flaking, and feed processing equipment, and Regency Mill Services, Inc., a respected provider of complete feed mill design combined with roll corrugating and installation services, today announced the formation of a new joint venture to strengthen milling solutions for the cattle feeding industry.

The new venture will combine AT Ferrell’s century-long expertise in material reduction and industrial processing equipment manufacturing with Regency Mill Services’ extensive experience in on-site roll service and precision corrugating, service, and feed mill optimization. Together, the companies aim to deliver turnkey milling systems, integrated solutions, and unmatched operational support to cattle feeding operations across North America.

“By joining forces with Regency, we’re creating something greater than the sum of our parts,” said Tom Elliott, President of AT Ferrell, Inc. “Our joint venture brings together our equipment innovation and their practical, on-the-ground experience in feed mill operations. This partnership enhances our ability to offer complete mills systems, in addition to roll service, and on-site service and installation. Regency’s 30+ years of servicing and installing Ferrell Ross equipment further strengthens our footprint in the flaking and milling industry.

Clay Gerber, President of Regency Mill Services, Inc., echoed that sentiment: “AT Ferrell has set the standard for engineering excellence in feed processing, and partnering with them opens exciting new possibilities for our customers. This joint venture allows us to align our service expertise with world-class equipment manufacturing, creating complete, performance-driven solutions that keep feed operations running at peak efficiency.”

The joint venture will focus initially on designing and delivering integrated flaking, grinding, mixing, and conveying systems optimized for large-scale cattle feed operations, with expansion plans into automation and predictive maintenance technologies.

The company will maintain design and manufacturing operations in Bluffton, Indiana, and service headquarters in Amarillo, Texas, ensuring full coverage and support from concept to operation.
