Women in Milling Roundtable Virtual Meeting June 21

The International Association of Operative Millers (IAOM) June Women in Milling Roundtable will feature Lexie Pfannenstiel, senior manager for North American manufacturing initiatives at General Mills.

She will give a talk titled “Embracing your Authentic Leadership Style,” which includes topics specific to being a working parent, being liked vs. being respected, and techniques for managing in a majority-male workplace.

This meeting is open to all IAOM members – women and supporters/allies of women in the industry.

The monthly virtual roundtable is scheduled for 1 p.m. every third Monday. The Zoom invitation for the meeting will be sent next week to those who register in advance.
