Conference event raises over $65,000, bringing IMEF total funds to over $2 million.
The International Milling Education Foundation (IMEF) edged closer to its goal of $3 million by the time the auctioneer’s gavel fell on the final winning bid during the international Association of Operative Millers’ (IAOM) 126th Annual Conference & Expo, May 2-6 in Richmond, VA.
The 12th annual live and silent auction raised more than $65,000, bringing IMEF’s total funds to over $2 million. The joint live and silent auction held during the annual IAOM Conference and Expo is the largest fundraising event of the year for the Foundation. The total includes winning bids and pledged donations.
