IAOM Packaging Training Course ... Sept. 20-22 ... Greater Atlanta Area, GA

IAOM members spoke and we listened! Based on requests and feedback from IAOM membership, the IAOM Education Committee has developed a new course to help you navigate the ins and outs of packaging equipment. The first in-person session for this training is being offered September 20-22 in the Greater Atlanta Area.

IAOM will bring in experts from the industry’s equipment manufacturers and suppliers to teach various parts of the course, including BEHN + BATES, Cordano Packaging - Technipes, Hood Packaging along with seasoned experts from milling companies. During a day at Cordano Packaging, participants will have the opportunity to learn large pack systems and product and bag characteristics. On the following days, attendees will get the chance to see equipment assemblies and state of the art systems at BEHN + BATES. Dieter Flick, Mennel Milling, will facilitate the course and cover topics such as finished product management, traceability, system maintenance and reliability, and maximizing efficiency and accuracy.
