The IAOM Mill Maintenance I Course will be offered on Oct. 18-20 in Kansas City, Missouri. A very full schedule of maintenance topics are planned, including:

preventative maintenance
gates and valves
belts and compressors
electric motors
sifters
process auditing and automation

IAOM will bring in experts from the industry’s equipment manufacturers and suppliers to teach various parts of the course, including AIB International, BDI Bearing Distributors, BS&B Safety Equipment, Bühler, Interstates, Kaeser Compressors, Martin Sprocket & Gear, and Pepper Maintenance. During a tour of Great Western Mfg., Co., participants will have the opportunity to learn more about sieve and sifter maintenance. Dr. Jeff Gwirtz, JAG Services, will facilitate the course.
